Our 2025 handcrafted, gelato-filled Eggs are bigger, bolder, and better than ever.

Milo: Milo gelato, crunchy homemade Milo rocks, Milo ganache centre, coated in smooth milk chocolate, topped with a white chocolate drizzle.

Rocky Road: Milk chocolate gelato, raspberry jellies, raspberry marshmallow, toasted peanuts, milk chocolate ganache centre, coated in dark chocolate, topped with a pink chocolate drizzle.

Golden Gaytime: Honeycomb gelato layered with chocolate malt crumble, caramel ganache centre, coated in caramelised white chocolate, topped with a dark chocolate drizzle.

Budino di Natale 24

Our 2024 limited-edition Budino di Natale (Italian for Christmas Pudding) elevates one of our most popular flavour combinations into a playfully festive, multi-layered Golden Bauble pudding.

The Golden Bauble pudding features peanut butter stracciatella gelato layered with caramelised white chocolate aero and caramelised peanut, dulce de leche gelato layered with chocolate fudge brownie, peanut torrone centre, crispy chocolate base, topped with dark chocolate sauce and a golden peanut popping candy bauble.

Each Budino di Natale comes tucked into an iconic Bendigo Pottery stoneware bowl and wrapped in a Piccolina canvas bag. Founded in 1858, Bendigo Pottery is Australia’s oldest working pottery, home to the world’s most significant collection of ceramic woodfired kilns - all Victorian heritage-listed treasures.

FESTA DELLA MAMMA 24

In celebration of Mother’s Day, we released a limited-edition Festa Della Mamma (Mother’s Day) gelato gift box. These uniquely handcrafted, gelato-filled jumbo bonbons – each a love letter to the matriarchs who inspire us daily. Each bonbon contains a blend of authentic, all-natural, Italian gelato paired with delightful centres, hand-dipped in chocolate coatings.

This year’s flavours are a fusion of time-honoured favourites and daring new creations:
Maria: Peanut butter gelato, caramel ganache centre, milk chocolate & peanut glaze.
Antonina: Banana gelato layered with malted biscuit crumb, banana chip chocolate glaze.
Assunta: Pistacchio gelato layered with toasted pistachio, dark chocolate & pistacchio glaze.
Carmela: Pineapple sage gelato, pineapple confit, white chocolate & toasted macadamia glaze.

Our much-loved, limited-edition gelato-stuffed Uovo di Pasqua (Easter Eggs) return for 2024.

Meticulously designed and handmade by our team of pastry chefs & gelato makers, each Easter Egg is handcrafted with the finest ingredients and is bursting with three egg-stra special flavours:

Milo: Milo gelato, homemade Milo crumb, milk chocolate ganache centre, covered in milk chocolate.

Banoffee: Banana gelato layered with pie crust, caramel ganache centre, dipped in caramelised white chocolate with white chocolate ‘graffiti’.

Baileys Cheesecake Baileys & cream cheese gelato layered with cheesecake crumb, Baileys ganache centre, dipped in a milky chocolate glaze, finished with gold dust.

Budino di Natale 23

Our 2023 signature Christmas dessert has taken the classic Rocky Road and transformed it into a multi-layered gelato pudding, making it the ideal centrepiece for a classic Australian Christmas.

The pudding features: chocolate gelato layered with caramelised peanut and vanilla bean marshmallow, fior di latte gelato layered with raspberry jellies, salted caramel gelato layered with malt crumble, chocolate & raspberry mud cake base topped with dark chocolate sauce, raspberry marshmallow, raspberry jellies, freeze-dried raspberries and gold crispies.

The Budino di Natale comes set in an iconic Bendigo Pottery stoneware bowl. Established in 1858, Bendigo Pottery is Australian-owned and operates the oldest working pottery in the country.
