At Piccolina Gelateria we strive to deliver exceptional customer service and we are committed to the delivery of quality products. We work tirelessly to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock or can be made within the advertised time frame and we also endeavour to provide pricing which is true and correct.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Please make your selection carefully as we don’t normally provide refunds where you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. In exceptional circumstances we may offer you the option to choose between an exchange or credit but this will be at our sole discretion. If you have ordered a cake, unfortunately these are non-refundable, as it will have been made especially for you.
Piccolina Gelateria will provide a full refund in the instance of major faults or defects.
All orders placed can be collected from any one of our stores. Unfortunately, we do not deliver at this time.
Piccolina will accept orders up to 90 days prior to collection of goods.
